Anne "Jewel" Lockhart, 94, of Lynn Haven, Florida passed away December 23, 2023. She was born December 15, 1929 in Waynesboro, Mississippi. She was the last living of seven children born to Lee Herman and Anna Belle Smith. She was a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, August Lane Lockhart; and her daughter, Linda Pitts. She is survived by her son-in-law, Don Pitts(Dawn); three grandsons, Jeff Pitts (Keri), Jay Pitts (Angie), and Joey Pitts (Katherine); seven great grandchildren, Caleb, Lauren, Savannah, Bayleigh, Jillian, Olivia and Jack. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Fondren officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
