ANN KIMBREL EVANS
Ann Kimbrel Evans, 75, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in her home, surrounded by her family. She was born August 13, 1933 in Courtland, Alabama and had been a resident of Panama City since 1953. She retired from West Florida Gas Company after 30 years. She is survived by her husband Bussie Evans, son, Dr. B. Anthony Evans and wife Melissa, of Panama City, daughter, Missy Evans Bagwell, four grandchildren, Tank Bagwell, Amanda Bagwell, Tyler Evans, Jeremy Evans, sister, Sue Dyar special nephew, Gene Neal and numerous other nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday in the Greenwood Cemetery with Dr. Floyd Wright officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 – 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Ann Evans. The family would like to thank Rena Slate and Jean Steele from Covenant Hospice and her special friends and caregivers, Annette Turntine and Juanita Jones for their passionate care and support.
