ANN LEWIS DAUPHIN
Ann Lewis Dauphin, 75, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012. She was born November 13, 1936 in Panama City. She was a 1954 graduate of Bay High School and was an active member of the Alumni Association. She was a University of Alabama alumni and was an avid Bama fan. Ann was a retired Registered Nurse for Bay Medical Center. She was an active member of Emmaus United Methodist Church and a member of the Mental Health Association. Ann was a Red Cross Volunteer for over 20 years, serving as coordinator for disaster mental health services. She was preceded in death by her son, David Edwards. She is survived by her husband, Paul Dauphin; two sons, Mike Edwards (Toni), Chip Dauphin (Suely); nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; lifelong friend, Jean Gavin Tew; and adopted daughter, Tamara Butterworth. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Hankins officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Red Cross, Emmaus United Methodist Church or to the Mental Health Association.
